Barney Frank, the genius behind the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac fiasco, is calling for a 25% cut in military spending. The one thing the Constitution actually gives Congress a right to get taxes on. I guess you feel bailing out Government companies, with billions more dollar than our national defense is something you value, Mr. Frank. Have you read the Constitution lately? Link
