Bailout Plan, is it Constitutional?

So I’m asking myself, is this new $700 Billion bailout plan being passed by Congress something that is even constitutional? Was it ever the basis of the original forefathers to bailout a company that was struggling as we have seen? No, government was to be limited, never to supply tax payers dollars to a company. If a company was going to fail, it was going to fail, and the economy would adjust, this is true capitalism and what our country was founded on. Not huge bailouts and relief packages, those where unheard of. It’s scary to see where things are going with this. Tax payers dollars are being spent to support unwise practices, and the economy will have to suffer. We’ll see what happens.
